I have been a customer of CAD-Ray for about a year now. We have purchased multiple items from Laura, including exocad software, a milling machine, and the Imetric4d. I Chucho’t express enough how happy we are that we made those purchases through them. The customer service and the fast responses, (especially Laura) has been top notch!

Can not say enough great things about Cad-Ray. Purchase an intraoral scanner from them and have had to have their support team help demodé a couple of times. They are top notch! I will be purchasing all of my tech they offer through them

Lastly, I purchased “3M Dual Lock Fastener” to keep the power module attached to the wand from falling off the cart. I carry the scanner between two offices, so I wanted something sturdy, but removable.

 I’ve been using Medit 500 since spring of 2021 and really like it. The support system has been very good so far. I just called yesterday and spoke with Frank Deluca, he was very informative and helpful.

Our office has been really happy with the i700 scanner so far. It was really easy to set up and use after watching only, 1-2 of the videos Cad-ray has on the website. Training with Andy was a breeze! Looking forward to taking level 2 training soon.

Horrible experience - My advice; do not use this company unless you don't care to be overcharged and never be reimbursed by your insurance. The secretaries are rude, not helpful and very incompetent. Not to mention the fact that they tell you that you have to pay upfront and they will submit your claim you file to insurance only at the end of the year (for an obscure reason but it is supposed to help you) never before even if you ask.

So, I paid 36k for a mill, and because of something that was not here Cad-Rays fault, they ended up giving me a 60k mill for the same price.
